Material Description

This supreme abrasion resistant grade contains a blended wax lubrication system, uniformly distributed to radically improve wear resistance and coefficient of friction characteristics. The material has excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical properties and exhibits outstanding pressure velocity capabilities. WFN is particularly suited to dry running bearing applications.

Wax Lubrication System

Wax-based lubricant is uniformly distributed throughout the material to provide self-lubricating properties.

Low Friction

WFN material grade provides improved wear-resistance & low friction characteristics.

High Load Bearing

Wax Filled Nylon provides the ideal solution for applications requiring repetitive movement at low speed while under a high load-bearing.
