Polytetrafluoroethylene, commonly known as PTFE is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene. An incredibly versatile material grade, PTFE features non-wetting and non-stick surface properties, high-density formulation and high-temperature resistance, making PTFE a truly versatile material with a wide variety of applications.

Impact - specifically designed for applications that require high impact resistance and noise reduction capabilities. It works effectively in applications where there is high stress. It also has good mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance properties.

Our PA6 FR grade is phosphorus and halogen-free, featuring an excellent LOI (Limiting Oxygen Index) assisting to prevent or inhibit the outbreak of fire.

Our PA6 Food Grade material is compliant in FDA applications such as food and pharmaceutical applications, whilst retaining all the material characteristics of our standard WFN product.Available in Plate, Rod & Tube profiles.

Heat Stabilised PA6 Cast Nylon

Our premium PA612 for unrivalled dimensional stability & moisture absorption. Available through our partnership with Nylacast.

POM-C otherwise known as Acetal Copolymer features highly crystalline resins, making this material strong and rigid, with a low coefficient of friction in comparison to metals and other plastics. POM-C is also creep resistant and is recommended for applications where dimensional stability is important.

A conductive Nylacast special grade material, suitable for use in certified ATEX zones and more general anti-static applications.Available in Plate & Rod profiles only.

Polyetheretherketone, commonly known as PEEK is a high-performance engineering plastic, featuring excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability and high operating temperatures.

Polyurethane (PU) is an extremely versatile and abrasion-resistant material. Available from Viva in a wide variety of shore hardnesses including 35-95 Shore A & 55-77 Shore D.

The original cast nylon - PA6 is the base grade from which all cast nylon materials are created.

For applications requiring higher compressive strength, our Glass Filled material incorporates hollow glass ovules for outstanding abrasion and temperature resistant material at high loads.PA6 GF is available in Plate & Rod profiles only.

Polyethylene is well known in the polymer family and is often referred to as PE. It has an extremely low coefficient of friction, good chemical and corrosion resistance with excellent impact strength making it an extremely adaptive thermoplastic material.
